                                                                                    How the program works

• Prior to the initial consultation, consent, and questionnaires will be emailed to you. Please fill out the forms prior to the consultation.

•  You will need labs drawn within the last 3 months. If you have not recently had labs drawn and you choose not to have them drawn with your physician, we will order your labs at your consultation.

• During your initial consultation, we will review your medical history, discuss your health goals, and do basic nutrition and exercise coaching.  Once your labs are reviewed and you have no medical contraindications for our program, we can begin your tailored treatment plan.  *Treatment initiation will be based on your labs and medical history*. 

• The monthly package will consist of a 30-day supply of medication and a monthly follow-up.  Medication will be delivered to your home or to the office.  The medication includes a subcutaneous injectable peptide, that will be self-administered once a week.  Labs will be redrawn every 3 months, to ensure the optimization of your health.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Who Qualifies For  Our Weight Loss Program

• • To qualify for the program you must have a Body Mass Index Index (BMI) of greater than or equal to 30 OR a BMI of 27 with at least one weight-related comorbidity (ex: hypertension, sleep apnea, high cholesterol, etc). 

  • You will need to be under the care of a  Primary Care Provider or have a PCP established prior to the start of the program. 

  • Lab work will need to be at optimal levels. If certain lab results are abnormal, your PCP will need to treat and optimize your condition.

  • Semaglutide is an injectable peptide that is a GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1) agonist. GLP-1 is an incretin hormone that plays a role in appetite and digestion. They also slow down how quickly food leaves your stomach (called gastric emptying). The result of these actions causes you to feel full, reduces appetite, and causes weight loss.

    Contraindications for Semaglutide include:

    • -Personal or Family History of Thyroid Cancer

    • -Type 1 Diabetes

    • -History of Pancreatitis 

    • -History of Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Syndrome types 2

    • History of Seizures

    • Pregnant or Breastfeeding

LIPOTROPIC INJECTIONS
 

Used to help release fat deposits into the bloodstream and helps speed up the metabolism. We administer these injections twice per week, and they have been shown to improve weight loss by 1-2 pounds per week in conjunction with exercise and a healthy diet.

MICC is an acronym for the compounds: L-Methionine, Inositol, Choline, and Cyanocobalamin. These are lipotropic agents which help with the breakdown of fat during metabolism in the body. Often referred to as “fat-burning” injections, these components, especially inositol, and choline, have been found to improve mental function and feelings of depression.

Lipo-Mino Mix starts with a special lipotropic fat-burning combination of methionine, inositol, choline, carnitine, B1, B2, B6 and B12. Each of these ingredients can help the body turn fat into energy.

                                                                                     How Do I Administer the Medication?

After being provided with proper instructions from us, you will self-administer an injection underneath the skin (subcutaneous ) of your abdomen, thigh, or upper arm. This will be a weekly injection with a rotation of the injection site.

Currently, at this time, we do accept limited insurance, and insurance is not guaranteed. However, without insurance, we make our costs more affordable for the medications/ services being offered. Our process is also more simplified and convenient for our clients.
